Vacuum Pump Piping

The newly installed vacuum pump pipeline must remove the impurities in the pipeline and install a filter screen. The open-type working fluid supply mode is to adjust the liquid seal level of the gas-liquid separator by manually adjusting the gate valve at the bottom of the gas-liquid separator. The liquid level of the gas-liquid separator will change when the water-ring vacuum pump is just started or when the discharge pressure changes. If the liquid level of the gas-liquid separator is emptied, the gas will be discharged from the bottom of the gas-liquid separator. If the gas is poisonous or inflammable and explosive, the gas will leak from the discharge gate valve of the gas-liquid separator, which will cause major safety accidents.
