The North end parking garage and apartment entry bridge framing is in place, cantilevered over the center courtyard. Only the fourth floor and roof connects the two lower structures.

The third floor spans from the north parking structure to a separate two-story wood-framed garage, with the roof serving as an apartment deck.

Prefab trusses were used for a cost-effective roof structure. The center valley proved challenging for the mechanical contractor.

The second floor has an open walkway behind the diagonal steel bracing. The outside wall then shifts to the line of steel framing for the third and fourth floors, which utilize plywood shear walls.

The framing for the main entry tower will eventually reach the fourth floor at the corner of Channing and Alma street.

The open area between the north and south structures, bridged by the fourth floor, is later shaped into an arch.
